I sought Avv. Bucchi's assistance through Iustlab.org to pursue compensation for damages caused by delayed graduation at the University of Bologna. He was professional, thorough, and honest in assessing my case, clearly explaining the legal challenges under Italian law and the evidence required for success. However, his proposed cost of over €2000 for drafting a settlement letter is excessive, especially given the likelihood that the University might just ignore or reject the letter. For someone already dealing with financial constraints, this fee structure made it difficult to proceed further. While Avv. Bucchi’s advice was insightful and pragmatic, I would recommend potential clients clarify cost expectations upfront. His expertise is evident, but the high fees for an initial step with uncertain outcomes made continuing the process impractical for me.
