Esperienza di lavoro: I provide legal advisory in Tax Litigation, Tax Law, Corporate Law, M&A, Contracts, Legal Compliance. I routinely assist individuals and companies before courts of first and second instance, as well as before ordinary courts, courts of appeal. I deal with Domestic and International Contracts and support SMEs in extraordinary corporate transactions (SPAs etc). Eventually I assist companies in the preparation and implementation of Organization, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
