Esperienza
I advise on the NEGOTIATION, DRAFTING and REVIEW of contracts in Italian, English, German and French, and provide LEGAL OPINIONS on the issues that matter most in international business, including applicable law, arbitration, jurisdiction, contract enforcement, and risk allocation. When disputes arise, I help clients assess their position quickly and realistically, pursue a NEGOTIATED SOLUTION where possible, and take decisive action before COURTS OR ARBITRAL TRIBUNALS where necessary.
I advise on INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION, with particular experience in drafting and reviewing arbitration clauses, assessing the most suitable seat, institution and governing law, and assisting clients in the early strategic management of cross-border disputes. My work includes identifying jurisdictional risks, coordinating pre-arbitration steps, analysing enforcement issues, and helping clients build a PROCEDURAL STRATEGY that is commercially sensible as well as legally sound.
